Caraway Seeds

It has a sweet, warm & slightly peppery aroma.

To keep flavour & aroma intact, gently roast under

warm heat & grind just before using.

It's used as a savoury spice, added

to cooking as a condiment & flavouring base.

It also gives a pleasant aroma to breads,

cakes, biscuits & cheese.

Caraway is also used in treating flatulence,
